Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Fineboo ("the Seller") to consumers and non-professional buyers ("the Customer") desiring to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on the website fineboo.com ("the Products").

They specify, in particular, the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and management of potential returns of Products ordered by Customers.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, and notably those applicable for sales in stores or through other distribution and marketing channels.

These documents are accessible at any time on the Fineboo website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The version applicable to the purchase of the Customer is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE

The Products offered for sale on the Fineboo website are as follows:

• Wall Decor
• Tableware

The main characteristics of the Products and notably the specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the Fineboo website. The Customer is required to read them before placing an order.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The photographs and graphics presented on the Fineboo website are not contractual and cannot engage the liability of the Seller.

The Customer is required to refer to the description of each Product in order to know its properties and essential characteristics.

ARTICLE 3 – PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF PRODUCT OFFERS

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Customer has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, and portability of all of their personal data by writing, by mail and proving their identity, to the Seller's address mentioned above.

The validation of the order by the Customer implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

5-1. Placing an Order

It is up to the Customer to select the Products they wish to order on the Fineboo website, according to the following terms:

The Customer has the possibility to check the details of their order, its total price and to correct any errors before confirming their acceptance. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to report or rectify any errors immediately.

The registration of an order on the Fineboo website is carried out when the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose and validates their order.

The sale will only be considered final after the sending to the Customer of the confirmation of the acceptance of the order by the Seller by email and after collection by the Seller of the full price.

5-2. Modification of the Order

Any modification of the order by the Customer can only be taken into account by the Seller within the limits of its possibilities and provided that it is notified by email to the Seller at business@fineboo.com before the order is dispatched.

5-3. Cancellation of the Order

Except in cases of force majeure, the order may be cancelled by the Customer free of charge before the dispatch of the Products.
