Common questions

When will my order arrive?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Yes. Every rattan piece is slightly different in colour and weave. Small variations, gentle bends and natural fibre lines are part of the material’s charm and not considered faults.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns, as our pieces are handcrafted and naturally varied. If something arrives damaged or faulty though, we’ll always help you work through a solution in line with our returns policy.

If your item is damaged or faulty:

Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product and the packaging. It helps us resolve things much faster on your behalf.
