When will I receive my order?

Our products are mindfully crafted. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, standard delivery to Australia takes 7–14 business days. Tracking details will be emailed to you.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $199 AUD. For orders under $199, a flat rate fee applies.

Where do you ship to?

We primarily ship to Australia. We also ship internationally to New Zealand, the USA, and the UK (rates calculated at checkout).

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel's journey to your door.

Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?

This is the beauty of handcrafted rattan! Unlike mass-produced items, slight variations in colour, texture, or weave are natural characteristics and proof that your piece is unique.

Do your lights require assembly?

Most of our pendant shades arrive fully assembled. However, installation (hardwiring) must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with Australian safety standards.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Australian GST.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your Fineboo piece.

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

  • Faulty/Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

How do I return an item?

Please email us at business@fineboo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
